The company's technological cycle is made up of the following phases:

Coagulation
Choice of the fabric and preparation of the solution for coagulation.
Impregnation of the fabric with a solution for coagulation in specific H20/DMF tanks.
Drying of the manufactured product obtained in the rameuse.
Finishing, if necessary, of the coagulated fabric obtained by grinding, printing and embossing.
Finishing of the semi-finished product by a spreading process and possibly printing using water products or dissolved in organic solvents.

Spreading
Choice of the fabric and preparation of the polyurethane solution for spreading.
Spreading of resin on transfert paper.
Polymerization and drying by transfer in the rameuse.
Lamination on fabric or coagulated fabric.
Detachment of the paper and rolling.
Finish obtained by printing, embossing and laminating processes.
