S.I.R.P.A.
(Società Italiana Resinatura Pellicce ed Affini) was
set up in 1979 as a company for the production of resining
for synthetic fur on behalf of third parties. In recent years,
the market has greatly evolved and the requested characteristics
of this type of product have changed considerably. From the
material used, which is particularly varied today, ranging
from protein fibres, for example cellulosic fibre wool such
as cotton, to synthetics such as polyester and acrylic.
Consequently, processing is becoming increasingly more complex
to suit the type of fibre treated and characteristics to be
given to the finished product.
